ANDROID users: To Access Card using your phone:
1. Make sure an ADOBE compatible viewer is installed on your phone. If not we recommend to install the FREE ADOBE Acrobat Reader app
2. Open the email, sent to you by your team administrator, containing the Team’s Mobile InfoCard and save the mobile card to your phone’s default “Download” folder.
3. Create a “shortcut” to your downloaded TeamInfoCard:
- Navigate to your phones download folder which is located in you “My Files” folder on your phone.
- Locate your team’s TeamInfoCard file which will end in “_TeamInfoCard.pdf”
- Long press the file which will “select” that file.
- Once selected, Press on the “Ellipsis”, 3-vertical dots, in the top right corner of your screen.
- Once pressed a list of options should display. Select the: “Add to Home Screen”.
- You will then be prompted: “Add to Home screen?”, select Add.
- A message should then display stating the shortcut has been added to your home screen.
- Go to your home screen to find the short cut. From here on you can use this short cut to open your mobile TeamInfoCard.
An alternative option to the “shortcut” would be to install our FREE TeamInfoCard Viewer app on your phone:
1. If not installed, download and install the FREE ADOBE Acrobat Reader app
2. Download and install the FREE TeamInfoCards Viewer app.
Note: You will need to allow your phone permission to install the app as it will initially “BLOCK” the installation. If “BLOCKED”, a “Settings” option will be presented. Select “Settings” then “Unknown sources” then “Ok” to allow the installation. Select “Install” option to install the app.
3. Select the TeamInfoCards Viewer and your mobile TeamInfoCard(s) will be listed.
APPLE users: To access your card via phone:
1. Make sure an ADOBE compatible viewer is installed on your phone. If not, we recommend to install the FREE ADOBE Acrobat Reader app
2. Open the email, sent to you by your team administrator, containing the Team’s Mobile InfoCard and save the mobile card to your phone’s default “Download” folder.
NOTE: To reference your Mobile card you will need to navigate to the download folder each time or make a shortcut to the card and post it to your home page.
