Help and Support

There are various ways you can acquire help on the Team Info Cards website once you are signed-in:

  • get detailed "HELP" from menu item at the top of the page
  • mouse over any "?" button to get help on current topic.
  • click the "Problems" email link at bottom of page
  • or anytime via the "Contact US" menu at bottom of page

Try this:

  • Google your team name and click the "image" menu option
  • Look for any .PDF or .DOC documents in your associations website. Once you've found your logo take a snapshot and save it. This can be done by using the windows "Snipping Tool" to snip a copy of your team logo. For MAC users try using the "Screenshot feature".
    (Remember to save image as a .jpg or .png)

Hide/Show Player side logo

By default your team logo will show as watermark on the "Players" side of your card. Please notea dark logo can make the text a little hard to read. Remember you have the option of hiding the logo via the "Format Info" tab.

Renew a processed order

Once an order has been processed a "Re-New" button becomes available on the "Team Info" tab. Use this feature to order more cards or re-use the roster for next seasons team.(Saves a lot of data entry).

Design details to consider

  1. Once an order is submitted our team will review the card details and if sufficient space remains on the card we will edit the card to maximize the font size.
  2. Things to consider:
    • If phone numbers are required try to use just one phone for each parent, preferably their cell.
    • If area code is common among all phone numbers don't include it.
    • If the players last name is not necessary leave it our. Or just use their last name initial.
    • If you need any special edits, like adding an area code to a lone phone number, just let us know in the "Special Message" area on the order tab.
  3. To ensure accuracy be sure to "eMail Card Details", Step #1 of the "Order Cards" tab, to your team and have them review their information. (Helps take the onus off you).
  4. If you notice cut off text in the "Card preview" or in entry fields this is on purpose. The system is indicating there is a chance the text you've entered will be too long for the card.   When you order make sure to let us know via the "Special Message" area (Step#6 on Order Cards tab). We will be sure to make any adjustments to make the text fit.
  5. Don't see a card format that is of your liking or you have a special request , ask us 4Support@TeamInfoCards.com we are very accommodating.

    When using these most common layouts:

    Use the Special Messages area on the "ORDER CARDS" tab.
    When you are ready to order cards the "ORDER CARDS" tab has a "Special Messages" area where you can let us know of any concerns you may have. For example:
  • you may notice a name or text is being cut off in the online preview
  • you would like to change a header to be something else
  • you would like to enter a 00 for a player instead of just 0
  • you would like to add text to the card (just let us know where and what)
  • you would like to move things around (just let us know what and where)

    • We will do our best to attend to any of your requests or will contact you if we are unable or need more info.
    The short answer isYES...
    However we cannot guarantee a quick turnaround in producing the cards.

    The longer version...
    We have no problem changing any of our current card layouts to accommodate your envisioned layout. PLUS we will not charge extra. However as mentioned we cannot guarantee a quick turnaround in producing the cards. It all depends as to how busy we are at that time....we'll let you know if it is possible or not.

    Just send us your info at CardInfo@TeamInfoCards.com, preferrably in a spreadsheet format, and we will figure out the best format possible. If we can't we'll let you know quickly.
    FYI, during the development process we will send electronic "snapshots" of the card for your approval. Printing will not commence without your approval.
